Khushi Advertising Wins 8 Trophies at OOH Advertising Awards 2026
Khushi Advertising has closed out this year’s OOH Advertising Awards (OAA) with eight trophies in hand, adding another strong showing to its two-decade track record in India’s out-of-home industry. The wins were announced at the 20th edition of the OOH Advertising Convention (OAC) 2026, held on 24–25 July at The Grand Hyatt, Goa, under the theme “Do the X!”
What Khushi Won
The agency’s haul spanned several of the night’s most competitive categories, with recognitions including Silver in Best OOH Media Asset Innovation – DOOH (Non-Metro Cities), alongside multiple Bronze honours across Retail, FMCG, Media & Entertainment, Brand Launch, and Best OOH Media Asset Innovation – DOOH (Metro Cities). Landing wins in both the metro and non-metro DOOH innovation categories in the same year is a notable signal — it suggests Khushi’s digital execution capabilities are holding up consistently whether the campaign is running in a top-tier city or a smaller market, which isn’t something every agency can claim.
Why the Win Matters
OAA has spent two decades as one of the most closely watched awards platforms in Indian OOH, and this year’s edition raised the bar further. Category names were reworked to better track measurable business impact rather than just visual execution — Best Media Format Innovation was renamed Best OOH Media Asset Innovation, and Brand Campaigns picked up a new Brand Launch sub-category. Against that backdrop, judged by EY as tabulation partner across an online and on-ground evaluation process, an eight-trophy result is a meaningful marker of consistency rather than a one-off strong campaign.
For Khushi, it also builds on a track record that already includes Gold and Silver wins in earlier OAA editions for work on titles like Fighter and Salaar Part 1, positioning the agency as a recurring name at the top of India’s OOH creative rankings rather than a newcomer having a good year.
A Two-Decade Run in Indian OOH
Khushi Advertising has built its reputation over roughly 20 years, growing from a regional player into one of India’s more fully integrated OOH specialists — spanning billboards, cinema advertising, airport media, experiential activations and digital out-of-home, with a presence across more than 35 cities. The agency has also been an active OAC partner this year, reflecting its standing within the broader industry body that runs the awards.
The Bigger Picture for India’s OOH Industry
Wins like these arrive at a moment when Indian OOH is under real pressure to prove its worth against digital and programmatic channels. As brands push agencies to show measurable outcomes rather than just impressions, results at a peer-judged, EY-tabulated awards platform like OAA carry real weight — they’re one of the clearer public signals of which agencies are actually converting creative ambition into work that clients, juries and the broader industry recognise as effective.
