Ogilvy Elevates Kelsey Murray to Global Head of Growth
Ogilvy has announced the promotion of Kelsey Murray to the role of Global Head of Growth, effective immediately. Based in New York, Murray will now oversee growth initiatives across The Ogilvy Group’s agency portfolio, including Ogilvy, Grey, David, New Commercial Arts, and INGO.
In her new role, Murray will report directly to Laurent Ezekiel and focus on driving collaboration across agencies and markets to strengthen integrated business solutions and accelerate new business momentum globally.
Ezekiel praised Murray’s leadership and collaborative mindset, highlighting her ability to unite teams across disciplines and deliver creative, business-focused solutions for clients. He noted that her strategic approach and passion for creativity have consistently contributed to major business wins for the network.

Since joining Grey in 2022, Murray has played a key role in several high-profile global pitches and integrated business wins for brands including Henkel Consumer Brands, Kenvue, AB InBev, Haleon, and Circle K.
